Radiant sunshine, perfect slopes and great spirits – under these ideal conditions, the BWO team enjoyed a wonderful day of skiing in Hoch-Ybrig. From the very morning, it was clear that the day would be all about team spirit and shared experiences– whether on the slopes, in the chairlift, or during a well-earned break on the sun terrace.
In small groups, participants explored the mountain – sometimes with sporting ambition, sometimes at a more leisurely and relaxed pace. By lunchtime, with a stunning view of the surrounding peaks, it was evident how valuable this time away from everyday work is for exchanging ideas and strengthening connections within the team.
The ski day was not only a sporting success but once again proved that shared experiences build unity and create memories that will be talked about in the office for along time to come.
