Portal (BWO internal)
Via the customer portal, you can change or reset your hosting password and other service passwords at any time. To log in, you need your username and your second-factor code, either by SMS or through an authenticator app.
Note:
Since 01.01.2024, the service desk handles password change requests only in justified exceptional cases. Please use the password self-service whenever possible.
