Sometimes a summer party doesn't go quite according to plan – and that’s exactly what makes it so special.
We had actually planned to include some fire safety drills as part of this year's summer party. But given the current dry spell and weather conditions, it quickly became clear: Safety comes first. So, there was no fire – but fortunately, the great atmosphere remained.
We celebrated right here on-site: in the cozy attic of BWO Systems AG. It was the perfect backdrop for a relaxed evening where the focus wasn't on projects, deadlines, or technical topics, but on the people who make our company what it is.
Together, we had the chance to honor long-standing employees, celebrate milestone birthdays, and, most importantly, do something that often gets pushed aside in the daily grind: sit together, laugh, share stories, and enjoy the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.
There was plenty to enjoy in terms of food, too: ChangThai GmbH treated us to excellent Thai food, accompanied by a wide selection of drinks and delicious desserts – the perfect ingredients for lively conversation and a long, pleasant summer evening.
It reminded us once again that a great team spirit isn't just built during joint projects or when overcoming challenges. It’s also built in moments like these – when colleagues simply become a group of friends for a few hours.
We are proud to have an environment at BWO Systems AG where professionalism, team spirit, and a good sense of humor go hand in hand.
Thank you to everyone who made this evening what it was: uncomplicated, warm, enjoyable, and just plain wonderful.
And the fire safety drills? We’ll definitely be catching up on those.
