The AXA “Swiss Cyber Think Tank” made a stop at BWO Systems AG in Schenkon – and we had the pleasure of hosting an engaging and highly relevant exchange on cyber risk, insurability, and artificial intelligence.
Together with entrepreneurs from various industries, we experienced an afternoon that clearly demonstrated how critical these topics have become for businesses today – and how important open dialogue around them truly is.
The event began in our meeting room and later moved to our rooftop terrace – an ideal combination of expert insights and personal networking.
Our CEO, Patrick Wyss, contributed two presentations that were both practical and forward-looking.
Cyber risks in everyday life – more tangible than many think
The first part focused on dealing with cyber risks – both in business and in private life.
Using real-world examples, it was demonstrated how attacks work today: from classic phishing attempts to trojans and ransomware. Particularly striking was how quickly anyone can become a target in everyday situations.

At the same time, it became evident that the use of AI raises new questions, particularly regarding:

Networking on the rooftop terrace
The event concluded with an apéro on our terrace in Schenkon. In a relaxed atmosphere, discussions continued, connections were deepened, and new perspectives were gained.
