The doors to this year’s AI Week opened right on time at 9.00 am, and it was clear from the very first few minutes that this edition was going to be special.
Together with Fsas Technologies, we were delighted to welcome numerous visitors to our stand. The atmosphere? International, dynamic and full of curiosity about the future of AI, digitalisation and digital sovereignty.
A particular highlight was the first official presentation of our new product, IONTOS.
With the new Entity Intelligence Platform, we are expanding our portfolio with a solution that supports companies in data analysis, risk assessments and informed decision-making. It was clear from the very first day of the fair: interest is enormous. Numerous discussions centred on the question of how companies can use their data more intelligently, securely and in a more controlled manner in the future.
It is particularly on an international stage such as AI Week that the importance of strong partnerships becomes apparent. We were supported linguistically by Federico Crotti from FINIX, who, with his fluent Italian, facilitated numerous discussions on the spot, enabling a particularly open, straightforward and personal exchange. Also present at the stand were Santosh Wadwa, Udo Würtz and Frederic Straub from Fsas Technologies.
By 11.15 am, the Maxi Stage was packed. In his talk, “AI doesn’t start with models – it starts with control”, Philipp Niklaus, our Chief Digital Officer, discussed one of the most important aspects of modern AI strategies today: control, transparency and digital sovereignty. The focus was on the question of why companies should not only consider which model to use – but above all, which data AI is allowed to see, what decisions it can make, and how these can be traced. The talk attracted numerous interested visitors to our stand. Within no time at all, the entire team was engrossed in in-depth consultations – ranging from specific use cases to strategic discussions on private AI and secure enterprise architectures.
The day’s intensive programme concluded at 5.15 pm with a performance by Santosh Wadwa and Udo Würtz on the Main Stage. With their presentation “Digital Sovereignty starts with AI”, they struck a chord with the audience and captivated them with clear insights into digital independence, secure AI infrastructures and the future of trustworthy business solutions.
And so a successful, intense and inspiring first day at the trade fair came to an end. With exciting encounters, new contacts, excellent feedback and the successful launch of IONTOS, it became clear once again that the future of AI is not determined solely by models – but by trust, control and the ability to integrate technology responsibly within organisations.
From initial ideas to practical applications: if you’d like to explore the possibilities of AI further, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
