This year’s Christmas trip took the BWO Systems AG team to the sunny south of Spain – to Seville, the proud capital of Andalusia. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the city’s unique charm: a vibrant blend of history, culture, and Mediterranean joy for life.
Our first day began under a light morning haze that gave Seville’s streets and squares a mysterious, almost dreamlike atmosphere. But by the late afternoon, the skies cleared, rewarding us with warm sunshine and a brilliant blue sky – perfect weather to explore the old town.
During a fascinating guided city tour, we dove deep into Seville’s rich history. Between narrow alleys, magnificent facades, and pictures of courtyards, we discovered the city from a whole new perspective. One of the most impressive moments was visiting the Cathedral of Seville with its famous bell tower, La Giralda, offering a stunning panoramic view over the sunlit city.
Of course, culinary delights were also an important part of our journey. In cozy local restaurants, we savored our way through the world of tapas. Another true highlight was our team paella cooking event, filled with teamwork, laughter, and good spirits. Chopping, stirring, seasoning, and tasting together – an experience we’ll remember for a long time.
This trip was the perfect mix of culture, cuisine, and camaraderie. Under the Andalusian sun, we ended the year 2025 with relaxation, inspiration, and countless wonderful memories.
